In addition, we can review past transactions to determine the right strategy for bidding on a home.

Once we have found you the right property what happens next?

HousingNet takes care of all the details and negotiations on your behalf and submits a professional application on the property to secure it for you.

Formalities.

We’ll assist with explaining the lease agreement and advise on payments of the rental and deposit amounts.

Congratulations, the property is yours!

We’ll meet you at the property on the day you move in to handle the key hand-over and check-in process.
